不好意思我想清問一下【那談~期待】英文該怎麼翻譯呢？

我想請問一下

在30秒的時候那個男人說的

【那談不談戀愛對我來說也是比較隨緣，
然後生活水準就是以我覺得過得去為主。 】

然後40秒另一個人又說
【過得去就好，對物質沒有太多慾望，
也沒有一定要活成社會的期待】

那像這樣的中文該怎麼翻譯成英文比較好呢
我希望可以把英文翻譯通順一點

但是[過得去]英文應該不會是用pass through吧
我在想說有沒有比較通順的翻譯方法

句子開頭的「那」其實只是一些人的習慣說話方式而已，不用特地翻成英文

然後生活水準就是以我覺得過得去為主。 】

這句裡的隨緣，沒有直接對應的英文單字，隨緣的意思比較像是順其自然，不強求，甚至不在意，英文裡可以用 casual 這個單字，可選擇但是又非強制，選擇很多卻又不一定要選，那可以用 optional 這個單字。

至於「過得去」你可以照字面用 get by，又或者感覺可行、可以接受或單純覺得 OK 就好，所以翻譯起來可以寫成下面這樣

Whether to talk about love or not is more casual for me, and then the standard of living is based on what I think is passable.

Whether to talk about love or not is more casual for me, and then the standard of living is based on what I think is acceptable.

Whether to talk about love or not is more optional for me, and then the standard of living is based on what I think is okay.

【過得去就好，對物質沒有太多慾望，

這句可以翻譯成

It's good to get by, I don't have too much desire for material things, and I don't necessarily to become the expectation of society.
